Alvin, Simon, and Theodore, after finishing making invation to send to their relitives leave to audition for the town play; "Pilgrims Adventures in a New Land". Alvin trying the Lead, Simon trying for Lighting and Sound director, and Theodore Trying for the Costume Desiner. How ever the Director of the play feels that to celebrate the pilgrims story of adventure, the boys should branch out and try new pistions. So She cast; Simon as the Lead, Theodore as Lighting and Sound Director, and Alvin as Costume Desiner to expand their talents from what they usually do in the play.
After the death of his brother Wago, Jian-wa Chang now roams America's countryside while looking for his place in the world. He is hit by a van of two college students. Jian is taken in and nursed by Megan, a secluded artist. Jian is also befriended by the ghost of brother Wago. Wago must act as an angel to Jian-wa to gain acceptaince into heaven. Meanwhile, the students from the hit and run plan to kill Jian-wa so he doesn't talk to the police. This third sequel to Vanishing Son also serves as a pilot for the TV series by featuring flashbacks from the first three films.
he saga picks up in Washington, DC where Jian-wa is competing in a classical music competition (under the name Michael Lee). Back in LA, Jian-wa's brother Wago is wanted by the F.B.I. and manage to pull Jian-wa back to L.A. for questioning. They also want him to infiltrate his brother's gang in order to save his Wago. Can Jian-wa get Wago to see the truth about things before it's too late?
