Joe Panther (Sam Reid) is pissed off as all hell. He believes he's been alive for two thousand years, is still thirty-three and rivers of blood have been spilled in his name. When he wakes in an alleyway next to Gina Compton's dead body he becomes the prime suspect in a murder investigation. To save himself, Joe must outplay the draconian laws of a corrupt dystopian society, survive a dangerous cult leader, appease the dead girl's jilted lover and uncover who the real killer is.
