Ron Petrie (Keanu Reeves) is a teenager who has a police record and is a pariah in the apartment block where he lives with his mother. He falls in with a gang whose members are plotting to attack an elderly person, but backs out and returns home to face the justice system. Meanwhile, Ron's mother is behind on her rent and under pressure by a landlord (Sean McCann) who has more lust than scruples. Yeong-ju and Se-han, reunited at the end of the last movie, once again separate because of the objections raised by Se-han's mother. Their now handicapped son lives with his mother, but visits with his father once a week. He comes to despise his grandmother whom he has learned is keeping his parents apart and he falls out a window while trying to avoid her eline sorceress Catrina and her lizard servant Rep, who loves her, force enslaved little furry Bushwoolies to make her magic potion. They revolt and escape, so she plans to replace them with Little Ponies, who are having a costume ball. A mirror bought in an auction changes the life of an executive and his wife. They become sexually aroused under the influence of the strange object, which belonged to a bordello in the past. Soon the friends who come to pay a visit also become affected by it. An old antique ring turns a college professor into a homicidal maniac when he puts it on.
