Two honest and bold police officers Adhi Narayanan (Kamal Hassan) and Abbas (Arjun Sarja) device a master plan to bring in control the Terrorist Groups and send two secret vigilance officers, named Anand and Shiva on an operation called Operation "Dhanush".
