'Terror of Frankenstein' is an exercise in extreme meta-fictional tragicomedy. Presented as the commentary track of a rushed reissue of a forgotten (but 100% genuine) Frankenstein film's DVD (because of unspecified 'recent events'), this project transforms the film into an entirely new, very human horror story. Featuring Clu Gulager as the director of the 1977 original who is happily exploiting the unmentioned tragedy linked to the film, the recording session unravels a mystery as he clashes with the screenwriter (Zack Brown) and, ultimately, its star (Leon Vitali from Stanley Kubrick's Eyes Wide Shut and Barry Lyndon, playing himself.) 'Terror of Frankenstein' is Mystery Science Theater 3000 by way of Sartre, an icy satire of the monsters onscreen, behind the camera, and in the audience. A man travelling to the United States meets a mysterious woman and gets wrapped up in an investigation when authorities mistake him for a notorious criminal. 「你(🚺)能(📥)不能带我(wǒ )离(🍓)开(💂)这(zhè )里？」 A man is found crawling around, covered in his own blood, in a disused underground car park. But he's not alone. Four dead bodies are found in the same place. Through a series of flashbacks and interviews, we slowly piece together the events that took place that led to his incarceration and the grisly discoveries. Yun-hong lives with her mother in a secluded mountain village. She is bored of her eventless life in the mountains and decides to move to Seoul without telling her mother. On the day she finally heads to Seoul, she witnesses a stranger kill her uncle. She manages to escape the scene, but the bad men chase her to her house. Realizing her mother is in danger, Yun-hong starts running toward her house. BLUE is an audiovisual series by Swedish audiovisual project iamamiwhoami aka artist Jonna Lee, music producer Claes Björklund and directors collective WAVE. It consists of 11 connected audiovisual chapters connected by its' narrative. It describes the project's own evolution seen from the eyes of the artist Jonna Lee in relation to their followers. As Lee describes it: " it's a reflection of us having one foot in the physical world and the head in water". We all have fantasies about fixing our lives once and for all, risking their all and getting away with it. This is the story of a group of youngsters who, as well as fantasize, get down to work.
