Maxx (Matt Keeslar) and his girlfriend Lisa (Clare Kramer) are a pair of recovering drug addicts whom are recruited by a clan of sex & violence crazed vampires led by the egotistical and charismatic Darius (Jeremy Sisto). But to become members, Maxx and Lisa have to give up their humanity and become vampires themselves. As Maxx and Lisa adopt to their new lifestyle of immortality with all the advantages and disadvantages, their addiction to drugs now turns to addiction to human blood and each new 'fix' leads them deeper into debauchery. Madhumati (Genelia D'Souza) is the daughter of a politician (Deepak Shirke) who turns out to be a martinet at home with his attachment on power. He believes that his daughter's behavior would influence his caste politics, so he tries to keep her from continuing her MBBS as she goes to college and moves with friends of different mentalities. However, Madhumathi, comes to third year of medicine by maintaining her dignity and without involving in any affairs of love. Her focus is completely on studies. Once, she goes for a medical camp along with her classmates to Araku Valley. She meets Bunny (Allu Arjun) randomly in the woods nearby the medical camp. The story starts with his funny and playful encounters with Madhumathi.
Silom Soi 2, named after Bangkok's gay club district, is a sweet, if formulaic, cautionary tale about Thai love in the age of AIDS. Boy meets boy.
