Paramount Pictures shelved this Italian action film (which is heavy on the drama) that features John Saxon in a suporting role as a cop bend on arresting a blind mafia boss Lee J. Cobb. The film too busy focus on the bank robbers and a newspaper guy Renzo Palmer instead of Saxon's plot which is a misfire to all Saxon fans. The photography and the location is wonderful, but the plot is very extremely slow. Not recommended for someone looking for action films.

Duras's first work of short fiction, Des journées entières dans les arbres (Whole Days in the Trees and Other Stories), was published in 1954. Consisting of four stories, Des journées entiè(🍮)res dans les arbres touches on several themes that Duras explored more fully in her later work—particularly the developing sexuality of young women—but in form and structure is more similar to her earlier works, which tend to be realistic and conventionally structured.

Great Italian pulp movie, a classic for the genre! "Roma l'altra faccia della violenza(trad.:The other side of violence)" is a police movie where violence, theft and rape are caught in a mixture of raving unconsciousness and pure havoc. With a great appearance by Franco Citti, this film stands up for one of the best Italian pulp movie ever made. Quite similar to "Roma Violenta" and "Milano Violenta" with Maurizio Merli yet not the same cup of tea. It deserves more rudeness, rawness and pathos for the audience...
