Filmed during four of six sold out performances in June 2012, "Dear Pina," showcases Vermont's best choreography and presents Hannah Dennison's latest work, a dance/theater tribute to Pina Bausch, world-renowned German choreographer, who died in 2009. The piece is staged at Shelburne Farms' vast, historic Breeding Barn which is defined by soaring clerestories and an expansive dirt floor matching the grand scale of Bausch's radical artistry. An ensemble of thirty dancers give an evocative performance rooted in each person's authentic emotions. The work combines traditional ensemble choreography with character-driven theatrical scenes, to explore themes of human relationships colored by passion, inspiration, and loss. This breathtaking film features stunning cinematography, providing a propulsive visual experience that breaks narrative boundaries and reminds audiences of the richness and depths in their own lives. David Billa a refugee comes to Rameswaram in Tamil Nadu and his journey begins into crime. Initially he starts as a local diamond smuggler. He eventually meets Abbasi, an underworld don in Goa and helps him out in a deal and wins his favor. For one of Abbasi's deals Billa goes to Georgia where he meets a ruthless international don Demitri. They get acquainted that creates a rift between Abbasi and Billa. A challenge is thrown by Billa to Abbasi and he starts building his own empire, which eventually results in Billa crossing swords with Demitri himself. The bloody battle begins in Goa and ends in Georgia. A couple travel to Poland but find themselves disturbed by an evil force when the girl returns to her home town where she once played a Ouija board. Paul and four of his friends head out to Ash Farm on a weekend camping trip to film a small documentary on the stories of David Sullivan the devil worshiping farmer who slaughtered his family back in 1980 then disappeared without a trace. One of the campers goes missing then they find him murdered in the woods. The four remaining campers are running for their lives and cant find their way back to the car.
