Inspector Angelo De Pol (Jeff Blynn) is assigned to the case of a double murder in Venice, the victims were a married couple. He suspects that a psycho killer in on the loose, however during the investigation the inspector discovers that the husband was a sex maniac and a drug addict. Soon afterwards bloody killings begin to occur.

Min-ja, paralyzed after a car accident, becomes depressed and plans her suicide. She attempts to drive away her husband by demanding a divorce so she will no longer be a burden to him.
Two elderly men vie for the love of the equally elderly Bok-rae. She chooses Deok-su. The spurned suitor, Yeong-gam, refuses food and becomes very sickly. Deok-su has a stroke and his elderly wife must work to support him and pay for his medication while Yeong-gam accuses him of ruining Bok-rae's life.
