Shiva is blessed with magical powers of charming snakes. When he meets Paro from a nearby village, he falls head-over-heels in love with her. She is also attracted to him. But Paro's dad, Choudhry Charanjit Singh with not pleased with this match, and he hires men to subdue and kill Shiva, all in vain. The giant spider can also take the form of a sorceress (or maybe it's the other way around). The sorceress has a group of zombie servants. The zombies engage in a machine gun battle at the end of the film. As he restores the painting, he begins to have strange flashbacks, as if he were the painter himself. Meanwhile, he is developing a relationship with the painting's lovely owner (Laura Morante). The painting is a picture of the girl's grandmother, and as the restoration progresses, both he and the girl begin to reenact the stormy relationship between the painter and his subject, as if they were possessed. One interesting feature of this film is that the dialogue alternates between Spanish and French. Track Listings
