A couple is viciously assaulted while vacationing over the Fourth of July weekend; authorities find Diane in the throws of death and evacuate her to the hospital. The local authorities proceed with an in depth search that holds no evidence of the attacker. Diane's older brother Kevin enlists the help of four college friends to seek out the elusive masked murderer. Rakhta Charitra (English: A History of Blood) is a two-part Indian biographical film based on the life of Paritala Ravindra, directed by Ram Gopal Varma. The film features Vivek Oberoi as Ravindra in the lead role, whilst Suriya as Suri, appears predominantly in the second part. Shatrughan Sinha, Sudeep, Abhimanyu Singh, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Sushant Singh, Priyamani and Radhika Apte play other supporting roles. The film was shot predominantly in Hindi, with some scenes being re-shot in Telugu and Tamil. The second part of the film released only in tamil, six weeks apart.

Scouts Honor is a coming of age movie about a group of boys and girls called "adventure scouts" who return from a camping trip to discover their small town is being held captive by a gang of motorcycle-riding knuckleheads. Using only their scouting knowledge and camping equipment, the kids take down the gang members one by one, reunite with family members, and restore the community's sense of pride.
