The action takes place in a grim anarchist future civilization after a big crash or war. A young man, Allan (Bentein Baardson), decides to move out of the city as his family live in. He brings his wife, Lisa ('Petronella Barker'), and the son to a big garbage dump located outside the city. Where they settle and survive on the waste they find on the dump. They are in many ways more closely related to each other by living this way, and Lisa eventually becomes pregnant. But there is a great shortage of water (Sweetwater) and the family of three must go out and look for water. When they discover they are not alone in staying in landfill. It will be a struggle for existence.

Based on the true story of baby Jessica McClure who fell into a drain pipe in her back yard while playing. She was stuck in the pipe about 20 to 30 feet down and it took rescuers 58 hours to get her out. There was fear that if they shook the earth too much with machinery they could cause Jessica to fall further down and die.
Damon Kennedy (Tamblyn Lord) is a rich kid who falls in with a trio of teen thugs in this violent exploitation film. When the trio brutally attacks Damon´s girlfriend and her family, he seek vengeance against the thugs. In 1987, American director Cornfield travels to Germany for shooting a documentary film. Surprisingly he has neither a concept nor a script about the production. Soon it becomes clear that he wants to film his own life story. In Second World War, Cornfield, a Hungarian Jew, was an inmate of a concentration camp. There he had to perform in an anti-Semitic Nazi film. Another trauma is also affecting his life.
