Su anterior matrimonio fue anulado. Pero la noche antes de la pedida decide huir. En la estación se encuentra con su antiguo marido. Hace varios anos que no se ven. Los dos siguen querié(⛓)ndose. Pasan la noche juntos. Pero todo sigue igual. "Free Hand for the Tough Cop" is another wildly exiting, gritty and remarkably plotted 70's Euro-Cult cinema highlight, with a structure that is delightfully convoluted, wicked dialogs & action situations that rank amongst Italy's finest! Personally, I would even state this film is as good as on par with the quality levels of Lenzi's most famous crime-thrillers, like "Almost Human" and "Violent Naples", but it's not as easily available as those two and therefore still a little under-appreciated. With the revival of European cult cinema lately, this film is destined to be released in a fancy DVD-edition any time soon, and I'm sure it'll get many new fans from that moment on. For those who can't wait for an English and/or internationally released version; the film is already available on a French label called Neo Publishing. The picture quality and sound are awesome, and the disc contains some fascinating extras, but you have to able to understand either the French or the Italian language. Су(😹)мас(🤷)ше(🌊)дши(😜)й? ИГРЫ(⏳), ГДЕ «М(🚝)ОЖ(🍊)НО В(🕐)СЁ(🎣)»… 八(🎅)国联(🦀)军侵华(💘)，慈禧(🕐)携带奇珍宝(🥞)物移驾热河(🦌)(hé )，惜沿(yán )途(🏡)遇(yù )劫(jié )，有(🐻)(yǒu )山(shān )匪藏(🌏)(cáng )宝于火(huǒ(📌) )焰山，数十(✴)年(🐖)来无人知宝物下落。民初有山民沙老爹，偶入匪洞(dòng )，掘宝(bǎo )而献(xiàn )之(zhī )于县(xiàn )政(zhèng )府，不(💑)料被(bèi )巨盗(🍖)王四屠及刘(🐱)一彪得悉，杀(😵)害专员，并伪(👽)装官员而晤(🔳)沙老爹，王、(🚨)刘(liú )欲一(yī(🐈) )举(jǔ(🕔) )而获(huò(🏏) )之(zhī(😝) )。沙(shā )老(🌪)爹有(🎠)女，美健(🏌)刁蛮(🍈)，浑称虎辫子(🍱)，自老爹率众(🚳)入山，乃独守(🌉)酒(jiǔ )店当炉(🚷)(lú )伺客(kè )。某(🚥)日(rì )，有结(jié(📖) )拜兄弟(dì(🌷) )联(🧞)袂来店，虎辫子发现其中有使烟佩刀者，此全是沙老爹之物，诧异而(ér )询问(wèn )众(zhòng )人，众(zhò(⛏)ng )人秘(mì )而不(🐅)吐(tǔ )... Just released ex- convict Guido watches his girlfriend get killed on the way home from prison. He thinks the killing is connected with the events that led to him going to jail five years back. Guido starts to investigate...In many ways a typical late DiLeo- crime film: unimaginative lightning, boring sets, unimpressive action sequences. Yet I think just because of the grittiness of the script, this one easily rises above the other DiLeo- turkeys I've seen. Decent acting in the form of especially Barbara Bouchet and Guido's main adversary Martin Balsam, who stand out positively. Most importantly, the plot really thickens towards the end climaxing in a truly memorable final scene between Guido and Martin Balsam's Rizzo.
