Based on the novel by Kazumi Takahashi. - Murase is a bodyguard in a yakuza group. Ochiai is a police officer who once was a student activist. The film was made by Britain's Hammer Films. Like several of Hammer's previous films, such as One Million Years B.C. (1966), the film portrays dinosaurs and humans alongside each other. The ghosts of Ya-hwa and Pil-woo appear regularly thereafter accompanied by a monsterous cat After a nocturnal car accident in the English countryside, an unfortunate couple is invited to a mysterious house occupied by a creepy embalmer who throws sexy drug parties there. It is hard to think of another ninkyô(🗾) yakuza film that leaves the main protagonist - a chivalrous female at that - in so much pain and sorrow, such an emotional abyss of desolation at the climax.
