SYNOPSIS
罗辉(⛷)（百(bǎi )石千）是(🎿)本(běn )港冠(🙁)军练马师，年青有(😌)为，甚有大(🙂)将之(zhī )风(😫)，堪称赛(🚺)(sài )马圈的(🗝)全才，但殊(🔳)不知(zhī(😚) )在他鲜为(🐳)人知的(de )一(🅰)面，他是(🎽)(shì )外围集(🐂)团首(shǒu )脑商界红(🖨)人(rén )龙爵(🌦)士（罗家英）的(⛎)智囊人(ré(🎢)n )物，更在幕(mù )后控制马(🏕)会(huì(🎁) )过半数马匹(pǐ )，但圈内(👘)人(ré(🥒)n )只敢怒不敢(gǎn )言。另一(♉)方面(🔝)，廉署(🕒)调查员(yuán )Ginger（吴家(🏛)丽）接手(🕊)调查造(zào )马集团(🚚)案，但因难(🍛)重重(chóng )，于是找来(⏹)圈中(zhōng )的(👼)正义之士(🕎)(shì )马骠(👒)（董骠(biā(👻)o )）相助，结(⭐)(jié )果辉(🕓)与骠各出(🐏)奇谋，誓要(🈁)在最后(🥪)一场赛(sà(🛏)i )事令对方消(xiāo )失(🕓)于马圈。

A wealthy manufacturer agrees to a tantalizingly dangerous proposition. As a guest at the villa of an eccentric host, the industrialist is challenged to a game of wits in which the prize is a beautiful woman and the punishment is death.
After the death of his brother Wago, Jian-wa Chang now roams America's countryside while looking for his place in the world. He is hit by a van of two college students. Jian is taken in and nursed by Megan, a secluded artist. Jian is also befriended by the ghost of brother Wago. Wago must act as an angel to Jian-wa to gain acceptaince into heaven. Meanwhile, the students from the hit and run plan to kill Jian-wa so he doesn't talk to the police. This third sequel to Vanishing Son also serves as a pilot for the TV series by featuring flashbacks from the first three films.
A mysterious guitar player offers to save a rural area from the swarm of locusts threatening to wreak havoc on the region's crops. When the mayor refuses to pay after the crops are saved, the "Guitarman" drives all the local children away until the town realizes the kids are really their most precious resource.
