Comedy about a noodle-manufacturer, two princes, -one real, one false, and an April-fool joke that leads to some funny mistakes. Ham Hamilton knows that gold-digger Marcia Trent is only after Robert Densmore for his money, so he tells Marcia that Robert is broke and she calls off the announced wedding. Disappointed and ready to die, Robert goes to Budapest, with Ham as his companion, where he decides he can best accomplish his death wish by making love to Marietta, whose husband, Spadissimo is the finest swordsman in all of Europe and will surely kill him in a duel. The duel is on and Robert is very quickly on the losing end when Ham, knowing that Spadissimo has a mother complex, poses as Robert's mother and Spadissimo breaks down in tears, while Robert, Marietta and Ham make a quick exit stage left. Marcia, having learned that Robert is not broke enters ready to renew the romance, but takes her romance notion in another direction when the sees the size of the castle of the recently-jilted Spadissimo. Cautionary tale features a fictionalized and highly exaggerated take on the use of marijuana. A trio of drug dealers lead innocent teenagers to become addicted to "reefer" cigarettes by holding wild parties with jazz music. Comedy in which a bungling railway worker is given the job of stationmaster at a rundown station in rural Ireland, where his sidekicks are a toothless old gaffer and a portly young loudmouth. Hilarious adventures ensue, including a locomotive chase after gunrunners make off with a train. With the help of a relative, a hopeless railway employee is made stationmaster of Buggleskelly. Determined to make his mark, he devises a number of schemes to put Buggleskelly on the railway map, but instead falls foul of a gang of gun runners. When they locate Dr. Wong, an evil Fu Manchu-type intent on gaining world power, they are able to rescue Professor Millstone and help his lovely daughter escape while destroying the Frankenstein-like monster that Wong has created Napoleon needs money to fight his wars in Europe so he wants 20 million dollars for the Louisiana Territory in the United States. To help the negotiations, he sends his brother, Jerome, to the U.S. on a goodwill tour. At a Maryland Horse Track, Jerome shows up without notice and soon wins an afternoon tour with Betsy. He falls for her, but she will have little to do with him. She is currently being courted by Henry, John and Harry. The next day, Jerome gets a job teaching Betsy French and they soon fall in love. The family dissuades this as they believe that he is but a tutor. When they meet again at a reception in Washington, Betsy consents to marriage, but Napoleon wants Jerome to marry into European Royalty and demands that Jerome do what is in the best interests of France.
