A story of adoption told without glamour and hypocrisy that usually accompanies this topic. Anna is a top model, who was adopted by a French couple as a child. She returns to her hometown with a charity mission from France. A story of an orphan turned princess becomes a legend in her native provincial town. Anna gets treated like royal person and everyone expects miracles from her. Anna is confused and cannot understand what all these people want from her. She is used to a calm and logical western lifestyle. Her home is France, in Russia she is a guest. Horrified, she watches her photographer boyfriend Michelle, admire incomprehensible Russian mentality. Sitadevi lives a comfortable life with her husband and two sons, Rakesh and Rajesh. While celebrating the birth of one of her son's, her husband gets killed in an automobile accident, and his friends, Dhartiraj and Malpani capriciously take over his estate and ask Sitadevi and her sons to leave. While leaving by train, Sitadevi and Rakesh are separated from Rajesh during an accident. Years later, Rakesh grows up to be a singer, while Rajesh lives a life of crime, and is the hit-man of none other than Dhartiraj. When Dhartiraj's only daughter, Jyoti, falls in love with Rakesh, Dhartiraj arranges to meet with him, and tentatively agrees to this marriage. Ravi decides to put these criminals to punishment which they deserve. But his father's legalism causes problems to him and he decides to leave the home and fight. Ravi for this purpose becomes a police inspector. But this does not heal the father-son bond as he still has different rules of justice. On the statement that the law is for human beings but not for monsters, the father finally manages to join his son in his fight against the corrupt minister. Joao is a 50 year old actor who lives with his 72 year old mother, Celina. He spends his time between his work at night as a crossdresser in small gay bars and his parts in small plays, movies and TV shows.
