Here we have what I consider the worst film of all time. Not only is it shot on video, but the editing, padding, acting, etc. are absolutely awful. There is no part of this film of any value other than the nostalgia it brings 25 years later. The cover is classic, with Ms. Alden decked out in her nurse outfit lifting a knife with a grin across her face. This is one of the very few slipcases released from Video City Productions (most were released as clamshells) and also bares the awesome “Chop ‘em Ups” logo. But what I find so interesting is that Millard was actually able to find someone to release this thing. Donna and Taryn, two operatives for The Agency, accidentally intercept a delivery of diamonds intended for drug lord Seth Romero, who takes exception and tries to get them back. Soon other Agency operatives get involved, and a full-scale fight to the finish ensues, complicated here and there by an escaped snake made deadly by Toxic Waste! City educated and peace-loving Arjun would love to have the Thakur, his brother and the rest of the villagers to live and harmony. Arjun's peace-loving dreams are shattered when his brother is killed, his sister Shanta is raped and killed in front of the village, and he himself is beaten up and tied to a tree and left for dead. Villagers who empathize with dacaits rescue him, and take him to their hideout, and he meets thugs and robbers who were his childhood friends, who have turned into outlaws due to the sufferings inflicted on them by Thakur and his men. Arjun has a choice now, either go on trusting the corrupt village police; or join the gang of dacaits and avenge the death of his sister and brother.
