In this fast-paced, surrealistic comedy, a group of bizarrely made-up urban terrorists spend most of their time watching television rather than going out and about -- as they believe the danger of capture is too great. Aside from the odd make-up they are wearing, they may not have done anything to warrant anyone's attention. In one recurring joke, one of the male terrorists is interrupted every time he almost succeeds in telling one of the female terrorists that he loves her.
