The driver shows his fine driving in a car chase and become an employee of Khomeri, a really slimy politicians (it is implied in the beginning) who are also heroin dealers. Of course do not know our hero that it is heroin trafficking is all about, and will be fixed - by Haghgoo - in a crackdown. But after a while you realize Haghgoo that his new friend is innocent, let him go and get himself fired for this prank.
