Plus: See what happens when a country singer meets a Country Hooker as Dave and his pal Billy B get detoured from a gig at a country-western bar by sexy hitchhikers Jen and Su (played by cinema sex kittens Sandy Dempsey and the legendary Rene Bond). The girls, however, are actually in the employ of sleazy Mike, The Singing Pimp, who wants the boys waylaid so he can continu polluting the bar with his prostitution racket and rotten music. But when Jen and Su end up falling for the two dumb lugs, Mike adds “strangler” to his already unsavory resume’…. So saddle up and ride with these two Drive-In classicks direct from the vaults of producer Harry Novak (Country Cuzzins) featuring plenty of sex, violence, and godawful singing! This movie is really good, It's got the (bud spencer/piedone) vibe, but rather than being totally slapstick like his other movies it has the 1970's police/italian/drama movie vibe, with little twist and turns that they police movies HAD, and in contrast with his other movies it has a dramatic background, Obviously there are more hardcore police movies, but this is a good begin for anyone, if anyone wants to watch them all, it's half lightheart half hardcore, needless to say if you no nothing about police B-movies and you watch "il Boss" right away, you might ned a shrink to get you out of the mode. But this is really passable Teresa Numa in Nardecchia, an orphan of a mother and daughter of a peasant and heartless Lazio peasant, then a war widow and a mother constantly looking for new jobs, she is often forced to steal in order to live.
