The story of two anarchists who were charged and unfairly tried for murder when it was really for their political convictions. Description: Cannabis or 'French Intrigue' as it was called on the North American video release, is a low budget film that comes highly recommended, not least for the sight of Jane Birkin who looks absolutely gorgeous throughout the film, whether clothed or unclothed. The excellent cast also includes Serge Gainsbourg playing a chainsmoking unshaven hoodlum, Curd Jü(📊)rgens and Paul Nicholas. Visually stunning, the cinematography and editing are outstanding, and the soundtrack, written by Serge Gainsbourg is fantastic. Executed for their unholy deeds, the Templars bodies were left out for the crows to peck out their eyes. Along the way, the train derails and Madhu's friend is killed. Before dying, she makes Madhu promise to "take her place" at her in-laws. Thus Madhu becomes a new person. But, her old ex-boyfriend knows and she is actually connected to the people of Naini Tal in more ways than she knows... Based on the story of Franca Villa and Filippo Melodia. In Sicily, as a Mafia boss leaves for prison, he advises Vito, a young man who's his potential successor, to marry a virtuous and poor woman.
