To-y (トー(🏑)イ?) is a Japanese manga and anime OVA. It is the story of GASP, an underground punk rock band, and their attempt to get a recording contract and attain stardom. The story follows To-y Fujii, lead singer of GASP, and his attempts not to sell out during his rise through the recording industry. The story also follows To-y's growing relationship with Niya, who find comfort in one another while they are shunned by mainstream society.

A writer is having a midlife crisis. He recollects his life and it makes him feel even worse. Only a love affair or two helps him take his mind off things. A 50-year-old playwright (Jesus Puente) bemoans his fate from his secluded home in Northern Spain in this depressing drama. Side plots include an actress and former acquaintance who comes to visit and his amorous diversions with a 20-year-old local woman.

Once the head of a special anti-terrorist surveillance unit, CIA agent Mike Graves has gone bad and has now put together his own terrorist organization. Colonel Noble of the CIA assigns two of his best agents, Lester Martin and Bruce Gilbert to stop Mike. Lester and Bruce were Mike's best friends and can't believe that he has become a terrorist. They confront Mike and find that it is true. Former friends are now bitter enemies. Mike has begun an operation to get the plans for some Top-Secret experimental laser weapons by kidnapping professor Albert and his family. This plot is foiled by the highly trained Special Assault Squad from the National Security Organization. Mike then tries to get the actual laser weapons from the government by having a plane hijacked and holding the passengers hostage.
