Four crew members of a military spacecraft are faced with an unfathomable dilemma after their ship is attacked, leaving them only enough air for two of them to return to base alive. A couple in love is a violent thing - I'm going to shape you, and you're going to shape me. In 36 Steps on a Curved Road, we follow a couple over a 40 year period. While we witness their dreams, their fears and how they navigate each other's pull, we also notice the older characters' seduction with rewriting their history, in effect erasing the life of their younger self from their narrative.
