Skokan is the story of 28-year-old man who has just been released from prison. He is given the clothes in which he was arrested a few years ago. Outside, in front of a wall decorated with barbed wire, the street is empty. Nobody expects Skokan. In the city where he lands, he has nowhere to go. No house. No work. His family does not want him.
